GoPaySol is being designed as a non-custodial payment software platform for Solana payment links, receipts, dashboards, and developer integrations.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of information GoPaySol may collect, how it may be used, and how users can contact us about privacy-related requests.

Merchant account information such as email address and profile details
Merchant wallet public address
Payment link metadata
Transaction references and public blockchain transaction data
Buyer email address when voluntarily provided for receipt or delivery
Technical logs needed for security, debugging, and service reliability
Consent records where required

Buyer Email Use

Buyer email may be collected only when needed for:

Receipt delivery
Invoice communication
Pay-to-unlock delivery
Support or payment-related communication

Buyer emails should not be used for marketing unless separate consent is given.

Non-Custodial Model

GoPaySol does not hold merchant funds. Payments are made directly from buyer wallet to merchant wallet.

GoPaySol does not ask for, collect, or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery phrases.

Data Requests

Users may contact GoPaySol to request access, correction, deletion, or anonymization of personal data where applicable.
