Introduction
GoPaySol is a software platform for creating and managing non-custodial Solana payment experiences, including hosted payment links, QR codes, receipts, dashboards, and developer tools.
By using GoPaySol, users agree to use the platform responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
Non-Custodial Service
GoPaySol does not custody funds, control user wallets, or move money on behalf of merchants.
Payments are made directly from buyer wallet to merchant wallet. Users are responsible for verifying wallet addresses and transaction details before approving payments.
Wallet Responsibility
Users must never share private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery phrases with GoPaySol or any third party.
GoPaySol cannot recover funds sent to the wrong wallet address or sent using the wrong token or network.
Prohibited Use
Users may not use GoPaySol for fraud, impersonation, illegal goods or services, scams, abuse, or activities that violate applicable laws or platform policies.
Payment Verification
GoPaySol may display payment status based on blockchain transaction verification. A payment should be treated as paid only after server-side validation confirms the transaction.
